Linguine with meatball takes only 50 minutes to make.
This simple Italian pasta is very easy to make and serve quickly, its a delicious weeknight meal.

Ingredients:
- 8 oz linguine
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup half&half
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Black olives
- Freshly cooked meatball
Steps:
- Boil linguine according to package instructions and then Drain.
- Start with heating 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet on medium heat.
- Add garlic. Garlic needs to cook on medium heat for about 30 seconds, continuously stirring.
- Then add 1 cup of half-and-half, paprika, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Bring to boil and reduce to simmer.
- Add half cup of shredded Parmesan cheese.
- Stir for about 50 seconds or longer until the cheese melts. Keep stirring around all of the skillets for a couple of minutes.
- Add cooked and drained linguine to the sauce & mix some black olives. Stir well.
- Taste the linguine and add more salt, if needed.Top with meatball and serve.
