One can buy different varieties of ripe and unripe mangoes during this season
Today I am going to make mango smoothie,
In Southern Asia they call it Lassi but in States u can name it smoothie.
Recipe:
For 1 CUP = 250 ML)
Ingredients
- Two cups of fresh chopped ripe mango pieces, about 3 to 4 medium-sized mangoes.
- 2 cups chilled full-fat fresh yogurt.
- Add honey or sweetener if u want but remember if Mangoes are very sweet no need to add extra sweetener.
Steps :
- first wash & Peel the mangoes and cut them in to pieces.
- In a blender or mixer, pour the mangoes with honey.
- Now add the chilled yogurt
- Add some ice cubes.
- Blend for some seconds till everything will mixed well,
Pour in glasses and serve.
