Poke Bowl- actually its comes from Hawaiian culture.

This Hawaiian bowl of seasoned raw fish, rice, and fresh veggies have caught on here on the mainland.it is perfect for a weeknight meal, evening snacks, or even better for a showy meal for a family party. It takes less time to prepare, but it is delicious and healthy.

Poke used to serve as an appetizer or in a bowl as a main dish. Serve it with rice, veggies, and other sauces, and it becomes a poke bowl.

If you never taste before, you have to eat it to believe that it feels heavenly when you taste it, but with a tasty tuna & sauté -scallop makes it tastes buttery, savory, and altogether something too delicious.
